Order & Shipping
Orders within the domestic USarrive between 2-8 days depending on the selected shipping option. Orders outside of the US arrive between 10-25 days.
Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next business day. All domestic orders are shipped FedEx, UPS or USPS and International orders are shipped using local carriers (Canada Post, Royal Mail, and Amerax/Fastway Australia).
Tracking numbers will be updated 1-3 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world.
Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. We currently provide service to the United States (10-15 days), Canada (15-20 days), United Kingdom (10-15 days), Australia (15-20 days), and New Zealand (15-25 days).
When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. You can track your order on our website or by entering the tracking number on the carriers website. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.
You can track your order at any time by visiting our Track Order page and entering your Order ID number and e-mail address.
*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!
Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!
If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!
If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Don't worry we won't hesitate to reship your order if needed - we want you to get your order!
All orders within the United States ship from Las Angeles, Kansas City or Budd Lake (New Jersey). International orders are shiped from various location around the world depending on the customer location and to leverage the fastest shipping options available.
In the rare event of a failed delivery, our dispatch is notified by the shipment carrier. As soon as we are notified of the failed delivery attempt, we will send an automated e-mail to you that will include information for the carrier and advising you to contact the carrier to ensure your order is not returned to sender. Thanks to our wonderful shipping partners and this automated system, we have a 99% delivery success rate which far exceeds industry standards.
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at email@example.com.If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given if the product has already shipped; however, replacement order shall be shipped to the correct address free of charge by us

No. For liability reasons, we do not pre-wind the Butterflyers for you. You must wind them up and put them inside a card, book, or anything else you want. You also assume all liability of who you choose to send them to should they have an adverse reaction due to the shock and surprise of a Butterflyer flying out of whatever you put it in. Always use your best discretion when deciding who to send our product to. It is not suitable for all people in all circumstances.
Our Flutter Flyers vary slightly depending on the design. They are 4 x 4.5 inches wide and fit inside of a standard 5x7 greeting card.
For the best effect hold the large end of the butterfly in your left hand and then turn the tail counter-clockwise (toward you) with your right hand. Turn it about 30-40 times. The rubber band will get super tight. It will wrap over itself. Then let it go! They should fly up for about 3 seconds. The best effect is placing it flat in a book and then opening it.
If that doesn't work try spinning it in the opposite direction. You have to REALLY wind them up. Give that a shot and let us know - email@example.com.

Flutter Flyers are completely reusable! Just catch the Flutter Flyers and wind it up again and again.
When Flutter Flyers take off LOOK OUT, they can fly up to 20 feet!
99 % of the time this is because they are need being wound up enough. Wind them 30-35 times until the rubberband is double wrapped. Then close them in a book or card and let them go!
Absolutly! That is what they were designed to do. However, we recommend that you playt the extra 50 cents postagle to make them "Non-Machinable". This way USPS doesn't send them throught the sorting machings. They can be pretty rough on our Flyers!
Return & Exchanges
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and come back for more. If you're unhappy for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty!You must cancel your order before it ships. Cancellation request received after the product has shipped are subject to our Refund Policy (customer must request refund and ship product back to us within 7 days of receipt).
If your product is faulty or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To help us invesitate the problem and to make any corretions to manufacturing, we appreciate a photo or video of the broken product.
