FLYING BAT OPTIONS
You have the choice of buying 10 of our Individual Bats or buying our Exploding Bat Bax that comes with 10 bats inside of our all Black Explosion Box.
IMPORTANT! The bats do not come pre-wound, so someone will need to prepare the box and bats for the big surprise.
WHAT YOU GET
- Each Box comes with 10 Flying Bats, 1 Explosion Box, 1 instruction card, and a decorative shipping container. The Bats are not pre-wound - you will need to wind them (instructions included).
- The middle layer is open to allow special gift boxes to be in the middle. Ideal for small gifts that will fit in a 5x5 in. opening.
- Each box has 4 panels with 3 separate falling sections with a total of 12 panels that fall!
- The Box is 5.25 inches tall x 5 inches wide.
- The Flying Butterflies are 4.5 inches tall x 5 inches wide.
- FlutterBoxes are custom designed to fit our Flyers.

Shipping International?
International orders have the option of International Economy Shipping (8-15 days) shipped directly from our warehouse or International UPS/DHL Shipping (5-8 days) shipped from the USA.
The processing time for all orders is 1 day. Delayed shipments are not guaranteed and not eligible for refunds.
Do you send your butterflies pre-wound?
No, we do not ship our Flying Butterflies pre-wound. It is up to the customer to wind the butterflies prior to using them. This includes when purchasing one of our FlutterBoxes.
I'm interested in a FlutterBox, how does it work?
These make great Mothers Day gifts! Our FlutterBoxes are considered DIY in that we do NOT pre-wind the Flying Butterflies. We offer a kit that includes the FlutterBox, Butterflies, a custom shipping container, and an instruction card for how to properly prepare your FlutterBox. These boxes are intended to be used when giving someone a small gift, such as a candle, jewelry, candy, etc. We do not prepare the boxes for you.
From where do your FlutterBoxes ship, and how will they arrive?
Our FlutterBoxes ship from our Fulfillment Center in Forest Park, Georgia (just south of Atlanta) and typically arrive in 3-8 days via USPS. We do offer Free Shipping that ships direct from our manufacturing warehouse and that takes 8-15 days to arrive. They will arrive in a custom reusable mailer, the FlutterBox of your choice, 5 FlutterFlyers, and an Instruction Card for how to prepare your FlutterBox.
What are your FlutterFlyers made of?
Flutter Flyers wings are made of small and flexible cardstock paper, flight band, plastic core and wire wings.
How many are in a package?
Each package contains 5 FlytterFlyers in a package.
What is the quantity discount?
Simple - the more you buy the higher the discount! You can get up to 50 flyers (10 packages) for a 50% discount!
Are they reusable?
Flutter Flyers are completely reusable! Just catch the Flutter Flyers and wind it up again and again.
How far do they fly?
When Flutter Flyers take off LOOK OUT, they can fly up to 20 feet!
What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD but you can change this as you wish in the top right hand side of the screen!
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. We usally ship the next day, but sometimes it can take up to 3 days.
Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as they are generated, so that you are updated every step of the way.
Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely - if you change your mind before the order has shipped then we are happy to cancel and provide a full refund. If the order has shipped, we ask that you return the order to us (don't worry we'll give you a return label). Once we get the order, we will issue a full refund. See our Refund Policy for more information (Our Lawyer wrote it, so it's really boring).
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
No big deal - just let us know by e-mailing sales@flutterflyers.com. We will correct the address for you. If the your order has shipped to a wrong address, we will reship it to the correct address. We won't let you go without your order! Note: We do not offer refunds because of incorrect address, but we will reship the order.
My Flutter Flyer doesn't work or is broken?
If this happens to you, we will absolutely replace your order. To help with our investigation, it really helps us out if you send us a picture of the broken butterfly or a detailed descriptions. That helps us fix any issues or see if there is a trend that we need to address. Also, if you would rather just get your money back, that is not an issue either. We'll send you a return label and just ship them back to us. We'll give you a full refund once we receive them back. See our return/refund policy for more information.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Absolutely! Though we don't think you will want to! Very few customers ask for a refund because our product works! But if you decide it's not for you then, just lt us know sales@flutterflyers.com. You can return your Flutter Flyers for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

How long does shipping take for countries outside the US?

New Zealand - 19 days (sorry you are REALLY far away from us)
Where do they ship?
We manufacture and warehouse our Flutter Flyers throughout the world. Because of that we ship from various locations depending on the customer location and to leverage the fastest shipping options available.
What if there is a unsuccessful delivery?
In the rare event of a failed delivery, our dispatch is notified by the shipment carrier. As soon as we are notified of the failed delivery attempt, we will send an automated e-mail to you that will include information for the carrier and advising you to contact the carrier to ensure your order is not returned to sender. Thanks to our wonderful shipping partners and this automated system, we have a 99% delivery success rate which far exceeds industry standards.
Do you offer wholesale?
We do offer wholesale discounting for retailers or gift-shops interested in reselling Flutter Flyers at their business. To qualify, we require proof of business ownership such as tax ID number, business address, or website. A minimum order of 20 units (100 Flyers total) is required.
