Can the BatBox be decorated?
Yes! The white BatBox was designed to be personalized. Kids and adults can decorate it with crayons, markers, stickers, drawings, messages or other lightweight decorations to create a one-of-a-kind Halloween box.
Do the Flying Bats come pre-wound?
No. The Flying Bats are not shipped pre-wound. Wind each bat shortly before placing it inside the BatBox so it is ready to fly when the box is opened.
How do I set up the BatBox?
Decorate the box first if you'd like, then add your treats, small gifts or other surprises. Wind the Flying Bats, carefully place them inside, fold the sides of the box into position and put the lid on top.
Can I add candy or gifts inside?
Absolutely. The BatBox is a DIY surprise box, so you can add candy, gift cards, notes, small toys, photos or other lightweight Halloween surprises along with the Flying Bats.
Can kids help make the BatBox?
Yes. Decorating the box is a fun way for kids to be part of the surprise. They can draw Halloween pictures, write messages or add stickers before an adult finishes setting up the Flying Bats inside.
What happens when the BatBox is opened?
When the lid is lifted, the sides of the explosion box fall outward and the wound Flying Bats are released, creating a fun Halloween surprise for the person opening it.
