Do you send your butterflies pre-wound?
No, we do not ship our Flying Butterflies pre-wound. It is up to the customer to wind the butterflies prior to using them. This includes when purchasing one of our FlutterBoxes.
I'm interested in a FlutterBox, how does it work?
Our FlutterBoxes are considered DIY in that we do NOT pre-wind the Flying Butterflies. We provide the FlutterBox, Butterflies, a Customer Shipping container, and an Instruction Card for how to properly prepare your FlutterBox. These boxes are intended to be used when giving someone a small gift, such as a candle, jewelry, candy, etc. We do not prepare the boxes for your.
From where do your FlutterBoxes ship, and how will they arrive?
Our FlutterBoxes ship from Forest Park, Georgia (just south of Atlanta) and typically arrive in 3-8 days via USPS. They will arrive in a custom reusable mailer, the FlutterBox of your choice, 10 FlutterFlyers, and an Instruction Card for how to prepare your FlutterBox.
What are your FlutterFlyers made of?
Flutter Flyers wings are made of small and flexible cardstock paper, flight band, plastic core and wire wings.
How many are in a package?
Each package contains 5 FlytterFlyers in a package.
What is the quantity discount?
Simple - the more you buy the higher the discount! You can get up to 50 flyers (10 packages) for a 50% discount!
Are they reusable?
Flutter Flyers are completely reusable! Just catch the Flutter Flyers and wind it up again and again.
How far do they fly?
When Flutter Flyers take off LOOK OUT, they can fly up to 20 feet!
What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD but you can change this as you wish in the top right hand side of the screen!
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. We usally ship the next day, but sometimes it can take up to 3 days.
Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as they are generated, so that you are updated every step of the way.
Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely - if you change your mind before the order has shipped then we are happy to cancel and provide a full refund. If the order has shipped, we ask that you return the order to us (don't worry we'll give you a return label). Once we get the order, we will issue a full refund. See our Refund Policy for more information (Our Lawyer wrote it, so it's really boring).
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
No big deal - just let us know by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will correct the address for you. If the your order has shipped to a wrong address, we will reship it to the correct address. We won't let you go without your order! Note: We do not offer refunds because of incorrect address, but we will reship the order.
My Flutter Flyer doesn't work or is broken?
If this happens to you, we will absolutely replace your order. To help with our investigation, it really helps us out if you send us a picture of the broken butterfly or a detailed descriptions. That helps us fix any issues or see if there is a trend that we need to address. Also, if you would rather just get your money back, that is not an issue either. We'll send you a return label and just ship them back to us. We'll give you a full refund once we receive them back. See our return/refund policy for more information.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Absolutely! Though we don't think you will want to! Very few customers ask for a refund because our product works! But if you decide it's not for you then, just lt us know (email@example.com). You can return your Flutter Flyers for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where do they ship?
We manufacture and warehouse our Flutter Flyers throughout the world. Because of that we ship from various locations depending on the customer location and to leverage the fastest shipping options available.
What if there is a unsuccessful delivery?
In the rare event of a failed delivery, our dispatch is notified by the shipment carrier. As soon as we are notified of the failed delivery attempt, we will send an automated e-mail to you that will include information for the carrier and advising you to contact the carrier to ensure your order is not returned to sender. Thanks to our wonderful shipping partners and this automated system, we have a 99% delivery success rate which far exceeds industry standards.
Do you offer wholesale?
We do offer wholesale discounting for retailers or gift-shops interested in reselling FlutterFlyers at their business. To qualify, we require proof of business ownership such as tax ID number, business address, or website. A minimum order of 20 units (100 Flyers total) is required.
