HOW IT WORKS

1) Decorate your Surprise Envelope with personal touches such as pictures, stickers, or drawings.  
2) Add the confetti, load the boxes, and a FlutterFlyer
3) Close the Envelope and it's READY! 
NOTE: The pop-up boxes that come with the envelope are compressed during shipping and need to be used a few times to achieve the desired "pop-up" effect.

    Simply wind the Flutter Flyer's rubber band 30-50 times, and then hold on tight!  Once they are wound, you can set them free to fly or place the Flutter Flyers in at book or card. Since Flutter Flyers are small and flexible, they can be placed in anything as light as a birthday card to as heavy as a textbook.

    United States average shipping times are 3-8 business days (Monday-Friday).  Flutter 2-Day Express shipping is available within the United States and will arrive within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday). Our order processing time is 1-2 days (Monday-Friday). The estimated delivery time of your order depends on the shipping method that you choose during checkout. Delays might occur during peak season. Here are the shipping charges and speed of delivery for domestic deliveries: 

    Shipping Destination Times and Rates:

    Standard Shipping USA: This will cost $5.95 for orders less than $50. Orders over $50 will be eligible for free shipping all over the USA. The transit time for standard shipping is 3-8 days (Monday-Friday). Order processing time is 1-2 days (Monday-Friday).

    Flutter 2-Day Express shipping: This will cost a flat rate of $12.95 for any order. This shipping is only available in USA. The transit time is 2-4 days (Monday-Friday). Order processing time is 1-2 days (Monday-Friday).

    The United Kingdom: The average shipping times are 10-15 calendar days. The cost to ship is $4.95 USD for orders under $50 and FREE for orders over $50 USD. 

    New Zealand: The average shipping times are 10-25 days and the cost to ship is FREE. 

    Canada: The shipping times are 10-25 calendar days. The cost to ship is $3.95 USD for orders under $50 and FREE for orders over $50 USD. 

    Australia: shipping times are 10-25 calendar days. The cost to ship is $2.95 USD for orders under $50 and FREE for orders over $50 USD. 

    Countries Not Already Mentioned: FlutterFlyers offers a worldwide shipping rate.  The shipping time averages are 10-30 days depending on your country and the cost to ship is $4.95 USD and FREE for orders over $50 USD.

    Please note, these times are estimates only based on the current shipping times within the last 30 days.  We do not guarantee delivery within these time frames or offer refunds due to delayed shipments but will do our absolute best to deliver the product as soon as possible.     From where do they ship? 

    We ship from Budd Lake, New Jersey; LA, California; and Kansas City and, Missouri. 

    We also have a few international warehouses for orders outside of the US. 

    When will my order ship?
    Within 1-2 business days. Our order processing time is 1-2 days and then We use DHL to carrier orders to the nearest FedEx, UPS, or a USPS drop-off location. Because of this, tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED.

    How are they made? 

    Flutter Flyers wings are made of small and flexible cardstock paper, flight band, plastic core and wire wings.  

    How many are in a package? 

    Each package contains 5 flyers of five random colors. 

    What is the quantity discount? 

    Simple - the more you buy the higher the discount!  You can get up to 50 flyers (10 packages) for a 50% discount! 

    Are they reusable?

    Flutter Flyers are completely reusable!  Just catch the Flutter Flyers and wind it up again and again.   

    How far do they fly? 

    When Flutter Flyers take off LOOK OUT, they can fly up to 20 feet!  

    What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
    All prices are in USD but you can change this as you wish in the top right hand side of the screen. 

    Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, but it needs to be before is ships! Cancellation request received after the product has shipped are subject to our Refund Policy (customer must request refund and ship product back to us within 7 days of receipt). 

    I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
    If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at sales@flutterflyers.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given if the product has already shipped; however, replacement order shall be shipped to the correct address free of charge by us.

    My FlutterFlyer doesn't work or is broken? 

    If your product is faulty or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.

    To be eligible for a replacement product you mush submit a video of the damaged product within 7 days of receipt.  

    Can I return my order for a refund? 

    You can return your Flutter Flyers for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.


    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    * To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    * To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind after 7 days.

    * Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded but you are eligible for a replacement Flyer.  

    To start a return, you can contact us at sales@flutterflyers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    How long does shipping take for countries outside the US?
    Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 10-15 days. 

     

    What if there is a unsuccessful delivery? 

    In the rare event of a failed delivery, our dispatch is notified by the shipment carrier.  As soon as we are notified of the failed delivery attempt, we will send an automated e-mail to you that will include information for the carrier and advising you to contact the carrier to ensure your order is not returned to sender. Thanks to our wonderful shipping partners and this automated system, we have a 99% delivery success rate which far exceeds industry standards.      

    Do you offer wholesale? 

    We do not offer wholesale at this time.
