From where do they ship?
We ship from Forest Park, GA; LA; California; and Kansas City, MO.
We also have a few international warehouses for orders outside of the US.
When will my order ship?
Within 1-2 business days. Our order processing time is 1-2 days and then We use DHL to carrier orders to the nearest FedEx, UPS, or a USPS drop-off location. Because of this, tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED.

How are they made?
Flutter Flyers wings are made of small and flexible cardstock paper, flight band, plastic core and wire wings.
How many are in a package?
Each package contains 5 flyers of five random colors.
What is the quantity discount?
Simple - the more you buy the higher the discount! You can get up to 50 flyers (10 packages) for a 50% discount!
Are they reusable?
Flutter Flyers are completely reusable! Just catch the Flutter Flyers and wind it up again and again.
How far do they fly?
When Flutter Flyers take off LOOK OUT, they can fly up to 20 feet!
What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD but you can change this as you wish in the top right hand side of the screen.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but it needs to be before is ships! Cancellation request received after the product has shipped are subject to our Refund Policy (customer must request refund and ship product back to us within 7 days of receipt).
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at sales@flutterflyers.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given if the product has already shipped; however, replacement order shall be shipped to the correct address free of charge by us.
My FlutterFlyer doesn't work or is broken?
If your product is faulty or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To be eligible for a replacement product you mush submit a video of the damaged product within 7 days of receipt.
Can I return my order for a refund?
You can return your Flutter Flyers for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind after 7 days.
* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded but you are eligible for a replacement Flyer.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@flutterflyers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if there is a unsuccessful delivery?
In the rare event of a failed delivery, our dispatch is notified by the shipment carrier. As soon as we are notified of the failed delivery attempt, we will send an automated e-mail to you that will include information for the carrier and advising you to contact the carrier to ensure your order is not returned to sender. Thanks to our wonderful shipping partners and this automated system, we have a 99% delivery success rate which far exceeds industry standards.
Do you offer wholesale?
We do not offer wholesale at this time.
