As a small business with limited resources, we have prioritized fast and efficient order fulfillment by implementing automated processes in collaboration with our partner warehouse. Due to these constraints, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations or modifications.
2. Cancellation Requests
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we strive to assist you, our ability to accommodate cancellation requests is extremely limited.
3. Shipped Orders
Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it. You will need to initiate a return and request a refund. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the product, following our Refund Policy guidelines.
