Shipping Policy 

We process orders from Monday to Friday and it takes 1-2 business days to process. During peak season, there might be some delays. Our order cut-off time is 5 PM Central Standard Time.

Shipping to the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)

• Free Shipping: All orders above $50 are eligible for free standard shipping (3-8 business days). 

• Standard USPS Priority Mail: This shipping method costs $5.95 and takes 3-8 business days. It includes insurance and tracking and is only available in the USA. Shipping can be from USPS or a private carrier such as Veho or GoFo Express. 

• Expedited Shipping: This shipping method costs $17 and takes 2-4 business days. It is only available in the USA.  Shipping can be via UPS, FedEx, or USPS First-Class, depending on rates.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska:

• Free Shipping: All orders above $50 are eligible for free standard shipping (3-8 business days). 

• USPS Priority Mail: This shipping method costs $12.95 and takes 3-8 business days. It includes insurance and tracking and is only available in Hawaii and Alaska.

• UPS 2-Day Air: This shipping method costs $39.95 and takes 2-4 business days. It is only available in Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping to International Destinations outside the United States

• DHL or UPS International: This shipping method uses either DHL or UPS, depending on the availability and affordability. It takes around 5 days and costs $52.95.

• Economy International Shipping: This shipping method costs $2.95 for orders less than $40 and is free for orders worth $40 or more. It takes 6-18 business days.

We provide tracking information after the order is shipped. If you don't receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please email us at sales@flutterflyers.com.

Please note that we don't guarantee delivery within the estimated shipping time and don't offer refunds for delayed shipments. However, we'll do our best to deliver the product as soon as possible.

We provide an estimate of the shipping time at the time of the order submission and are transparent about expected shipping times.

HOW THEY WORK

Using them is easy! All you do is wind up your Flutter Flyer's band 30-40 times then tuck them away into a book, book or our FlutterBox!

Our Flutter Flyers are super small and flexible, making them perfect for popping into anything from a birthday card to a textbook.

Step-by-Step Guide to Using FlutterFlyers:

1. Wind Them - Hold the tail of the FlutterFlyer and wind the top 30-40 times.
2. Insert It - Place the FlutterFlyer into a flat object like a card, book, or our FlutterBox.
3. Release - Open the object and watch it take off!

FlutterFlyers will fly up to 20 feet and last for about 3-5 seconds.

FlutterFlyers to NOT come pre-wound. The customer must wind them.
